If your matter is urgent, such as water damage or another sudden fault, please contact your housing company’s property maintenance service directly.

When your parking agreement begins, you can also collect any related items, such as keys and parking permits, from the customer service point. Please check with our customer service whether the items should be collected from our Espoo or Helsinki customer service point.
