Kytösuontie Parking, located in the northern part of Pikku Huopalahti, offers car parking spaces for rent in two garages, as well as outdoor and covered spaces. All outdoor spaces have heating posts. There are six motorcycle parking spaces in the area.

As a rule, the spaces are not assigned. The parking permit allows you to park a vehicle in any available space within the area managed by the parking company. A separate permit is required for covered spaces.

Maintenance is provided by Kiinteistöhuolto Tahti.

The spaces are located along Kytösuontie. The parking areas are at the end of the street on the left-hand side.

Parking areas 4–10 and reserved spaces in area 5

Reserved area 5 (marked in red on the map) and parking area 4 are located on Korppaanmäentie. Parking areas 5–7 are at the beginning of Tilkankatu, and parking areas 8–10 are on Hiittistenkuja. Covered spaces are available in parking areas 6 and 9.

Frequently asked questions

Can all vehicles in a household be parked with a single parking space?

The parking permit is not vehicle-specific, but the parking company must be informed of the registration numbers of the vehicles using the permit. Only one vehicle may be parked at a time with a single permit.

There are no motorcycle spaces available. Can I use a car parking space for my motorcycle if I pay the monthly car parking fee?

A motorcycle can be parked in a car parking space. The fee depends on the specific space.

We have a small car and a scooter that would both fit in the space. Can both be parked in the space for the same fee?

Only one vehicle is allowed per parking space at a time.

I have cancelled my parking space with one month’s notice. When will my deposit and security fee be refunded?

The deposit and security fee will be refunded within two weeks after the end of the contract period or from the day the deposit items are returned, if they are returned after the contract period. Before the refund, it will be checked that no payments are outstanding.

I have cancelled my parking space. Where can I return the parking permit slip, and can I send it by mail?

Parking-related items – parking permit, key, and key card – should be returned to Ehta Isännöinti’s customer service office at Mäntyviita 2, Espoo. They can also be sent by mail at your own risk.

Can I rent a parking space for a shorter period, for example, just for the summer?

Contracts are valid until further notice. The notice period is one calendar month.

The barrier is broken / the door is not working. Where can I report this?

Faults should be reported directly to the maintenance company. Issues that prevent the use of a parking space can be reported to the maintenance on-call number, available 24/7.

Is there parking enforcement in the area, and who is responsible for it?

Parking enforcement for Kytösuontie Parking, Tilkankatu Parking, and Paciuksenkatu Parking is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy. Incorrectly parked vehicles can be reported to Aimo Park using the enforcement request form: https://www.aimopark.fi/fi-fi/lomakkeet/valvontapyyntolomake/

Why does the parking company ask for the car’s or motorcycle’s registration number?

The registration number helps to contact the parking space holder if the vehicle needs to be moved, for example, due to urgent maintenance work. In the Paciuksenkatu Parking area, the registration number is also used to assist with parking enforcement in addition to the vehicle-specific parking permit.
