We have a small car and a scooter that would both fit in the space. Can both be parked in the space for the same fee?

Only one vehicle is allowed per parking space at a time.

I have cancelled my parking space with one month’s notice. When will my deposit and security fee be refunded?

The deposit and security fee will be refunded within two weeks after the end of the contract period or from the day the deposit items are returned, if they are returned after the contract period. Before the refund, it will be checked that no payments are outstanding.

I have cancelled my parking space. Where can I return the parking permit slip, and can I send it by mail?

Parking-related items—parking permit, key, key card, or remote control—should be returned to Ehta Isännöinti’s customer service point at Mäntyviita 2, 02110 Espoo. They can also be sent by mail at your own risk.

Can I rent a parking space for a shorter period, for example, just for the summer?

Contracts are valid until further notice. The notice period is one calendar month.

The easiest way to report faults is through the maintenance request form. Is there parking enforcement in the area, and who is responsible for it?

Parking enforcement in the areas of Kytösuontie Parking, Tilkankatu Parking, and Paciuksenkatu Parking is carried out by AimoPark.

Why does the parking company ask for the car’s or motorcycle’s registration number?

The registration number helps to contact the parking space holder if the vehicle needs to be moved, for example, due to urgent maintenance work. In the Paciuksenkatu Parking area, the registration number is also used to assist with parking enforcement in addition to the vehicle-specific parking permit.
