Initial rewiew: 239€ per visit + kilometre fee 1.49€/km
Demolition check 239€ per visit + kilometre fee 1.49€/km (Conducted after the demolition work is completed. Moisture measurements may also be taken if needed using a surface moisture meter.)
HVAC installation check 239€ per visit+ kilometre fee 1.49€/km
Waterproofing check 239€ per visit + kilometre fee 1.49€/km (Minimum one waterproofing inspection is performed. If waterproofing work is done in parts (e.g., walls first and then the floor or if the waterproofing membrane thickness is insufficient and a follow-up inspection is required), each inspection visit will be charged separately.)
Sauna vapor barrier check 239€ per visit + kilometre fee 1.49€/km (No additional cost if the sauna vapor barrier can be inspected during the waterproofing inspection.)
Final check 239€ per visit + kilometre fee 1,49€/km (Conducted when the renovation is completed, and the shareholder has received all necessary documents from the contractor (e.g., electrical work commissioning protocol, copy of the invoice from the HVAC contractor.)
