Hausvise is a very user-friendly property management system that streamlines communication between the housing company\u2019s parties and the property manager, and enables the implementation of new types of resident services for housing companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hausvise is a very user-friendly property management system that streamlines communication between the housing company\u2019s parties and the property manager, and enables the implementation of new types of resident services for housing companies.

Through the resident portal, the housing company\u2019s board can access all the same information as the property manager, increasing the transparency of our operations. By using the Hausvise portal, the housing company can save both money and resources.

You can conveniently receive the housing company\u2019s announcements, letters, and general meeting invitations all in one place, without extra paper mail. This makes communication easier and helps us all reduce paper waste. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Log in to Hausvise portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter your email address in the email field on the login page and click the ‘Log In’ button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You will receive the necessary PIN code for logging in via email. Please also check your spam folder if needed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the PIN code sent to your email in the PIN code field on the login page. If you do not receive the PIN code, you can try again by clicking ‘Try Again’. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When you log into the portal for the first time, we ask you to grant permissions for electronic transactions so that we can transfer the necessary information to the digital system. Please note that each shareholder must grant permission for electronic transactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
