With this form, you can order keys and lock rekeying services. Before filling out the form, we recommend identifying the model of your keys here. Knowing your key model will speed up the processing of your request. Ordering additional keys involves a fee, and the price depends on the key model. You can use this form to order keys if you are the owner of the apartment. If you are renting an apartment owned by a private landlord, please contact your landlord to request the key order or, alternatively, obtain a power of attorney from them for the order.

Please remember that an additional key never replaces a lost key. If a key is lost, rekeying or reprogramming is always required.
